Qualifying is Easy!
Qualifying will be based on a points format. First place in each event will receive 200 points, 2nd place=199 points, etc. Twenty participation points will be awarded to all entrants. Teams must fish a minimum of 4 tournaments to qualify for the National Bass West Team Championship. The top fifty percent (50%) of the total teams from each region will qualify for the National Bass West Team Championship. No points may be transferred from one team to another. Each member is allowed to fish three (3) events alone and represent the team providing the team fishes at least three (3) events together. A contestant may fish the first event alone without a designated partner and accumulate points when fishing alone providing the other team member does not participate in that event. The above rules go into effect October 2, 2006.

TRAVELERS REGION
To qualify for the “Travelers Region” you must fish 3 events in 2 different regions or 2 tournaments in 3 different regions (a total of 6 events) with the same partner and declare that you are a “Traveling Team.”
