I understand and agree that I do have adequate boat insurance that will cover my boat and all occupants in boat. I agree to hold harmless National Bass West, officers, directors and agents. I understand that I may be subject to a polygraph exam and that National Bass West reserves that right to refuse entry and services to anyone. Tournament Director’s decision is final.
